Lego Robotics
In our Tech class we were given a robot to build and program, all we had were the parts and the NXT 2.1 Program. From this robotics experienced I learned more on programming. I learned that you need a lot of patience to build your robot and when programming and exact measurements to get your robot to do what you want it to do.

PSA Project
We made a scratch project on obesity. Obesity is known to be a huge thing in America. Throughout this project I learned a lot about obesity and the benefits of maintaining a daily exercise. Not only did I learn about obesity and the benefits of physical activity but I also learned more on how to use the program scratch, like changing the costume for each sprite and changing the background.

Flash Project

This is a project in which we began to learn to use a program called Flash. In Flash we learned how to make things move, change to a different symbol, change color, etc. This program is really great.

Scratch Projects

This project was created through a program called Scratch. Throughout these projects I learned how to make the sprites move, change, and talk I've also learned how to make the background change. Creating this game actually helped me study for my capitals quiz in history class. |
Digital Forgery
Digital forgery is the act of using a program to change the way a photograph or a video looks to harm a person’s image and their credibility. Also digital forgery can be used to change the situation one is in. People should not use the technology they have to do harmful stuff to other people.
English Project
This was a project given to us by our English teacher. We read the book "The Bone setter's Daughter" by Amy Tan. We were separated into different groups with different topics. Our group had to find facts about the American and Chinese customs from 1950 and also from the present. Once we found our information we had to compare the two customs in each time period, and along with our resources we had to include quotes from the book.
Genetics Project
This project was given to all 10th graders. It was created for us to use our IB skills. We were given a simple biology topic and were suppose to do research on the scientific discovery, historical significance, and on the discoverer. Through this project we connected 4 different classes: Tech, English, History, and Biology. I learned a lot of new things about biology and creating a website. I learned how to use html, css, making banners, etc.
